To update your skills and interests, press the "Skills and Interests" tab, and then select/unselect the appropriate skills and interests. Once you have made the changes, press the "Update" button to save.

Please be aware that the list of skills and interests are managed by your organisation. If you would like a new option added, please speak with your line manager.
Other volunteers can search for someone with a particular skill or interest in the Directory, so if you have enabled the "Appear in volunteer directory" option they can find you by searching for your selected skills and interests.
