Privacy and consent

You can update your privacy settings and consent at any time.

Occasionally, your organisation will need to renew your consent preferences, so you will be redirected to the privacy and consent screen after logging into Assemble and you won't be able to proceed until completing this step.

To find out more about the privacy and consents of your organisation, please visit the My data page which can be accessed by clicking on your avatar in the right-hand corner of the top menu, or contact your supervisor.

Two-factor authentication

Select the enable two-factor radio button and choose one of the following options

Email - You'll get an email with a six-digit code to your personal email which you can copy and paste the code. Please make sure the correct email address is registered and marked as primary if you have more than one email address saved.

SMS - Before choosing this option make sure you have your mobile phone number registered or you won't be able to use this method.

Authentication app - If you don't have one downloaded on your phone yet you will need to download it before choosing this option. We recommend Google Authenticator.

Magic link - An email with a single use link will be sent to your primary email. All you have to do is to click on the link.

In order to change your password, you must first enter your current password and then your new password. Please be aware that passwords must consist of:

  • At least eight characters
  • At least one lower case character
  • At least one upper case character
  • At least one number

If you ever forget your password you can go to the Assemble site and click Forgotten Password for an email to be sent to you to reset it. Click here for full instructions. Or contact your supervisor.
