If you have forgotten your password go to https://app.goassemble.com/auth/login and enter your email address, and select the Forgot password link in the Welcome screen.
On the forgot password screen enter your email address again and press the "Request Reset" button. You should receive an email within couple of minutes. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it within 10 minutes.
Simply click on the blue link within the email. This will take you to the "Set a new password" screen. Type in your email address (to confirm) and your new password.
Your password must be a minimum of six characters with at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter as well as a number.
Please be aware that if you do not click on the link within 60 minutes, you will need to repeat this process again.
If you’re using Hotmail or Outlook, check the Focused and Other tabs in your inbox.
If you do not receive an email with a link, please contact your organisation.
Assemble will always send you an alert via email whenever your password has been changed.
Why is my email address not accepted?
If your email address isn't linked to a user account in Assemble, you'll be shown an error message explaining this. There can be several reasons why that happens. Check that you've not just made a slight spelling mistake when typing in your email address - just try again. Could you have used another email address? If so, try that one instead. If you still get the message saying that your email address hasn't been found, please speak to your organisation and they'll be able to help.
