If a valid account with that email address is not found, you will be shown an error message indicating this. In that case, please speak to your manager within your organisation.
On the forgot password screen enter your email address again and press the "Request Reset" button. You should receive an email within couple of minutes. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it within 10 minutes.
If you’re using Hotmail, check the Focused and Other tabs in your inbox.
Click on the link within the email which will take you the "Set a new password" screen, enter your email address (to confirm) and your new password.
Your password must be a minimum of six characters with at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter as well as a number.
Please be aware that if you do not click on the link within 60 minutes, you will need to repeat this process again.
If you do not receive an email with a link, please contact your supervisor.
Assemble will always send you an alert via email whenever your password has been changed.
