The clearance flag is used to highlight to other departments (or people) the fact that a new volunteer has been cleared to start a role.
For example, the organisation might need to inform the building office manager that the new volunteer has been cleared and will need a building pass.
The flag is created on the admin section and then added to opportunities as required. Clearance flags can be restricted to specific teams.
Flags are set per opportunity bases, from opportunity page edit opportunity details screen.
Where a clearance flag is set to an opportunity, an email with the new volunteer details will be sent to the email address set when the clearance flag was created.
